Contacted Big Bear Construction via Yelp Projects December last year. I got a response within a few hours. I spoke with Lance and he scheduled a site visit to inspect my parents house in Knoxville. After site visit, I received a cost estimate for repairing water damage to main bathroom floor and replacing old toilet. We discussed further details and proceeded with ordering the flooring, toilet, and bedit seat. During demolition, his crew noticed subfloor was also damaged (see pics). I was notified right away, they had to purchase subfloor and a change order was submitted. Work was completed within 2 days and my parents were very happy with the finished work...
